Does this sound like your child?

These are the patterns we see most often — and treat every day.

  • Meltdowns and emotional dysregulation
  • Sensory sensitivity to sound, touch, or movement
  • Delayed milestones or motor coordination issues
  • Trouble with attention, transitions, and routines
  • Sleep struggles or postural fatigue
  • Picky eating or feeding challenges
  • Anxiety, shutdown, or withdrawal behaviors
  • Stimming or sensory-seeking behavior

Not sure if OT is the right fit? Take the free 5-minute sensory screener to help clarify what your child's nervous system may need.

How we help: our neurodevelopmental approach

We don't chase behavior. We address the nervous system underneath it.

🧠 Reflex integration

Retained primitive reflexes interfere with learning, posture, and emotional regulation. We assess and integrate them through intentional, evidence-based movement sequences. Learn more about primitive reflex integration →

Sensory Integration in Maine: What Parents Need to Know

Sensory integration therapy helps children process and respond to sensory input in a more organized and regulated way. 👉 Read our full guide:

🌈 Movement-based regulation

Play-based vestibular, proprioceptive, and tactile input — swings, crash pads, deep pressure — every activity is intentional and supports nervous system healing.

👨👩👧 Parent coaching and home programs

Healing doesn't end in the therapy room. We teach caregivers calming protocols, sensory strategies, and regulation tools they can use every single day.

"The atmosphere is so calming the moment you walk in. It doesn’t feel clinical or overwhelming. It feels safe. The knowledge this team has is impeccable. They truly understand what they’re doing and, more importantly, they understand our child. Our son is not always the easiest to work with, but they meet him with so much grace, patience, and genuine understanding. They never make us feel judged or discouraged, only supported."
