A single self-pay pediatric OT evaluation at Sensory Therapy Place is $150 and includes a full neurodevelopmental assessment with written care plan. Our STP Foundation Plan offers four visits for $499.99 — saving families $100 versus paying per visit. Insurance coverage varies by plan and requires a PCP referral.
It depends on how you're paying. If you're using insurance, your child's primary care physician must write an OT referral and fax it to our HIPAA-secured line at 207-945-8089 — or you can download our pre-filled referral form and hand it to your PCP. If you're paying out of pocket, no referral is needed — book directly here.

Our Brewer location is approximately five minutes from downtown Bangor. For families outside central Maine, we offer same-week pediatric OT telehealth evaluations nationwide.
Our Brewer clinic primarily serves infants, toddlers, children, and teens with sensory processing differences, autism, ADHD, anxiety, motor delays, and primitive reflex concerns. We also accept select cases for adults and TBI rehabilitation. Pediatric OT is most effective between ages 2 and 12 but benefits all ages.
