Who we serve

Sensory Therapy Place is led by Earl Mamaril, MS, OTR/L, and a clinical team of five pediatric occupational therapists. We help children and families struggling with:

• Sensory processing differences — over- or under-registration of sensory input
• Primitive reflex retention — Moro, ATNR, STNR, TLR, and others
• Emotional regulation — meltdowns, anxiety, transitions, shutdown
• Autism & ADHD support — sensory and motor foundations
• Motor coordination delays — handwriting, posture, bilateral skills
• Feeding & oral sensory issues — picky eating, oral defensiveness, oral seeking
• Post-illness recovery — PANDAS, Lyme, Long COVID nervous system support

We work with infants, toddlers, children, teens, and accept select adult cases. We accept both insurance referrals (via PCP fax) and self-pay clients.
